I received my first order. It was on time and fit perfectly. Actually, the fit was better than I thought considering all measurements were on line. The workmanship is top notch and I now recommend your company to all my friends. All my pants, suits, shirts and coats will now come from your company. Many thanks

For most people one of their biggest concerns in choosing custom clothing as an option is a fear of not knowing what to expect when you begin your custom clothing adventure. In order to get the most out of your custom clothing experience, it is important to understand some basic custom clothing terminology.

Bespoke clothing is an English term used to describe clothes that are made to order.

Term used to describe the upper part of a garment that covers the breast. The term is most commonly used in reference to a dress.

Term used to describe the end part of the sleeve where the material of the sleeve is turned back or a separate band is sewn on.

Term used to describe the materials used to adorn the buttons and cuffs on a shirt.

Term used to describe the edge of a piece of clothing that has been turned under and sewn.

Term used to describe the uppermost portion of the coat or jacket facing.

Made to Measure

Term used to describe clothing that is sewn from a standard sized base pattern.

Term used to describe what happens when material gathers during the sewing process.

Term used to describe the removal of unwanted material.

As you set out to begin creating your custom wardrobe, it is important to understand what terms will be used during the design process. These terms will be used during the fitting where you are measured for your garment and also again during the alterations process once the garment begins the completion process.
