How can I remove an item from my shopping cart? How do I edit items in my shopping cart? How do I change items in my order?
If you are in the process of placing an order, you will see a shopping cart icon on the top right.
If you don´t see this icon, this is possibly because you have added nothing to the cart of your cookies are disabled. Please enable cookies on your browser to allow the website to work properly.
When you click on the shopping cart icon, all the items in your order should appear. You will then see links to remove, edit, delete, change quantities or add items to your shopping cart.
If you have already placed an order, click on the top right hand menu item called MyAccount. When you log into your account, you will be able to see all your current orders. Click on the View Details link associated with a current order under production, to edit or change items in that order. You can also use the Make Changes to This Order link provided in your account. Bear in mind that if some of the items in your order under production are too far into production already, you will not be able to make any changes to the item. Some changes may mean an additional charge could apply. Such charges as there may be, would depend on the extent of the changes. Changes such as cloth or colour or style may not be possible since cloth is cut within minutes of an order being placed and processed.
