Why has my payment been queued?

Your order has been queued due either to the fact that the card information provided was incorrect or due to our randomly instigated security measures that screen the order placement manually and process the payment manually to prevent fraudulent activity on the card submitted and on our website. This is a Security measure that protects both the card holder and the merchant from fraud on the internet. Fraud is a major concern for all involved and we do try our best to protect our clients and the card holders as much as we can. Should all the card information provided be correct, please do not resubmit the payment but await our response in 24 hours if the payment and order has been processed or additional information will be required. Should payment have been processed, you will receive a digital receipt confirming the payment. If the payment has been processed and you have received a digital receipt, but the order status in your account has not changed, please wait for a further 24 hours to reflect the change in your account.
