What is the Policy regarding Gift Certificates and Discount Coupon redemptions?
There are several points of note that one should keep in mind in regards to our issue of Gift Certificates and Discount Coupons as to how and when they can be redeemed. They are -A gift certificate or discount coupon can only be redeemed during order placement. Gift certificates or discount coupons cannot and will not be redeemable after an order is placed even if payment has not been submitted for such an order. The only alternative if payment has not yet been submitted is to delete that order and place a fresh order making sure that the certificate or coupon is duly redeemed before checking out. A page specially for this purpose is provided during the order placement and prior to checking out. If payment has already been submitted, the only option is to place a new order and redeem the coupon or certificate. This is because our Gift Certificate and Discount Coupon redemptions are automated and cannot be redeemed via manual intervention in our system.
If you wish to redeem multiple certificates, it is important to note that only one coupon can be redeemed in a single order. It then follows that either the rest of the coupons should be redeemed in subsequent orders or multiple smaller orders be placed and each coupon redeemed with every order.
If a gift certificate or discount coupon has been lost or not saved, they would be considered lost and cannot be re-issued. No refund or charge back requests will be accepted in such cases.
If a gift certificate or discount coupon that has been sent by email is not received, we would be happy to resend it via email. However, it is the responsibility of the recipient that he/she makes sure his/her spam block or email filter is not blocking the email containing the certificate or coupon number.
If a discount coupon has a validity period indicated, under no circumstance would any claim to discount be entertained beyond the validity period of the said coupon.
A gift certificate or discount coupon cannot under any circumstances be redeemed for cash or goods during or beyond its validity period.
